CONINCO attended the Inauguration Ceremony and attached a sign to Square 12-11

On May 19, 2022 in Cam Pha city, Quang Ninh province, the ceremony of attaching the signboard and handing over the project of November 12 Square and the monument “Glory of Vietnamese miners” took place to celebrate the 132th birthday. President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 – May 19, 2022) and the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Group. Technology Consulting, Equipment and Construction Inspection Joint Stock Company – CONINCO performs construction supervision consultancy and equipment installation.

Attending the ceremony were the leaders of the Party Central Committee, the Party Committee of the Central Business Sector, the leaders of TKV and Cam Pha City, and construction contractors. On the side of CONINCO, there were Mr. Nguyen Huu Truong – Deputy General Director, Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung – Director of Construction Management Center No. 4 and the supervisory team.

The 11/12 square expansion project has been implemented since the end of 2019. The expanded square covers an area of ​​5.9 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 100 billion VND with the highlight of the monument “Glory of Vietnamese miners. , 15.5m high majesty and magnificent monolithic green stone. The square is the place to organize important political events, cultural festivals and entertainment activities of people in Cam Pha city.

 

The project includes items to relocate the statue of Glorious Miner in its original state from the current position to about 80m backward and 10.80 to the opposite direction. The base of the monument has dimensions: 6m high, 8.2m wide, 9m long. The stage area places the monument 3m high above the square, 1m high above the stage, the stage is 40x16m in size. The floor of the monument and stage is paved with natural granite, the two sides of the stairs are designed with 2 ramps for the disabled with a slope of <8%. In front, a planter tub is arranged to create a slope, behind and around the monument are planted with trees and grass to create a landscape.

November 12 Square is a work of historical significance for the working class and people in Quang Ninh mining area. During the construction process, despite facing many difficulties due to the lack of manpower due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the contractor had to isolate the patient and carry out the construction at the site; Materials and equipment were delayed due to quarantine orders in localities… but with the determination of contractors and the supervision and urging of CONINCO consulting engineers, the project was completed on schedule, ensuring assurance. quality requirements for all items.
